An old tower has been restructured to provide a new concept of hospitality: absolute privacy is ensured because the reception desk is located at the Parco Gambrinus restaurant, where guests check in and out at the beginning and end of their stay in the Locanda, with no obligation for meals. Locanda Gambrinus, situated at San Polo di Piave in the beautiful Veneto countryside, is a perfect location from which to take pleasant excursions, close to vineyards, the historic Parco Gambrinus, and the characteristic “Grave di Papadopoli”. It is also within easy reach of Treviso, Asolo, fabulous Venice and Cortina, and all the towns of the “Marca Gioiosa”. An elegant cosy ambience, spacious, luminous and refined in every detail, for both business and relaxation: from standard comfort such as air conditioning, minibar, radio, safe, to executive class services with internet connection, satellite TV, and some rooms with whirlpool shower. Special attention has been lavished on the “Ninfee” room. The other four rooms and the enchanting “Iris” suite, with its delightful kitchenette and a fireplace, have their own entrance and a view over the garden, so that guests have the pleasant sensation they are enjoying the privacy of their own home. To complete the fascinating old tower there is a sunbathing terrace, from which to admire the panorama and laze in the sun. The ground floor has a cosy breakfast room and a short walk from the Locanda takes you to the lovely caffè Gambrinus, famous for its wines, aperitifs and sweet delicacies. The magic atmosphere of this place is worthy of the right cuisine: just a short walk away is Parco Gambrinus, a restaurant where the best Veneto and Italian cuisine is expressed, and Rosa and Adriano reserve special treatment for the guests of the Locanda, for the delight of their palate or for business lunches.
