Shades of garnet and ruby

To drink with red meat, game, venison and hard cheeses, the red wines produced by the Gambrinus winery are intense ruby red with the garnet highlights typical of Raboso Piave, the spicy hints of Cabernet Sauvignon and the lingering scents of Merlot. Worthy of note are Indomabile, Adriano and Vigna Rossa. Aged in oak casks, the Gambrinus Winery red wines are best served at 18-20°C in large balloon glasses.
