Bright, fruity highlights

Valdobbiadene Prosecco superiore D.O.C.G. extra dry, Chardonnay I.G.T., VSQ quality sparkling wine – Long Charmat Method – with a Brut version made by soft pressing Glera and Pinot Noir grapes, and as a Rosè version to which Lagrein is added during crushing.  All have a fruity fragrance, ideal as an aperitif and with starters, molluscs and white meat. Excellent at 8°C.
