EXTRA DRY
Millesimè 2020, 11.5° alcohol. Produced exclusively from pressed Prosecco grapes grown in the Valdobbiadene wine area and fermented naturally. Dull straw with pale green overtones, it is clear with incessant perlage and a delicate aroma reminiscent of flowers. Its taste is dry, light and markedly fruity. Suitable for aperitifs, fat-free starters, salt or fresh water fish.

VarietyGlera (traditionally called Prosecco), with small quantities of Verdiso and Perera
Production area Within the D.O.C.G. production zone, on the slopes of the Dolomite Prealps in the northern part of the Province of Treviso.
Harvest Second half of September.
Production method White vinification, that is to say without the skins, at a controlled temperature of 20°C (68°F).
Prise de mousse Through slow refermentation in large sealed tanks at 12-14°C (approx. 54-57°F). Pressure behind the cork: 5 atm.
Serving temperature 5-7°C (approx. 41-45°F); uncork the bottle just before serving. °C.
Residual sugar Approx. 15 g/l
